Natalie Lemke

Owner and Director, B.A., C.N.A.

About me: I was born and raised in Switzerland and started my career in the hospitality industry as a hotel manager. I moved to Florida in 1989, and after graduating from USF with a degree in Finance I worked in the financial industry for 22 years. While managing a successful career and family life, I was struggling to care for my mother with dementia and finding the right level of support and care. My personal challenge to care for an elderly family member while continuing to work, prompted my decision to leave my corporate job to start an adult day care center to help other people in our community who face a similar challenge by providing them with a flexible and affordable elder care option.
